Summary

Our team provided brand and identity packages, website redesign, and copywriting. I led our UX initiatives as we reworked the information architecture to allow for the mortgage and banking sites to be merged. We focused on removing redundancies, addressing pain points, and streamlining the overall user experience.

Updated homepage that combined banking and mortgage sites into a single experience.

New identity package.

Interior design elements to reinfornce new branding inside Triumph locations.

Our team also provided ongoing advertising design for print, digital, out-of-home, and events.

My Triumph Campaign

In addition to the primary website, I led the design and development for the My Triumph microsite. My Triumph was an ad campaign that we created to share real stories from Triumph customers. The microsite acted as a showcase for both the written version of customer stories, and the videos shot and directed by our team. The My Triumph site would also help us measure the impact of the campaign with its unique URL.
